Jane Wilde, a friend and ex-colleague from my time at Madame Tussaud's needed a new site designed and built.
The old site looked a bit dated against its competitors, so she wanted something fresh and vibrant which showed off her company in a better light.
I came up with a few treatments and we decided on one to develop. I then built some simple wireframes to lay out the content and once they were agreed, set about coding the site itself.
We went back and forth a number of times until we got things just right and after a couple of months, we were able to launch the new site in June 2011.
Since it's launch, I have added a number of social media options, namely 'Like' buttons and feeds for Facebook and Twitter, which visitors are using.
Jane has had very good initial feeback from friends and clients alike and we hope the site will continue to have a positive impact on her business.
