Computing and CRN
The migration of the Computing and CRN sites to the new development platform was a long, but ultimately rewarding process.
I was the lead project mananger and this role involved:
- liaising with a design consultancy to create the look and feel of the new site
- arranging and attending weekly meetings with the brand team to report progress, assign deadlines and discuss issues
- providing page and component mockups and functional specifications for our development team in India
- testing new site functionality and reporting back to the development and brand teams
- reporting back to the project manager and development partner team on a weekly basis
- managing the various phases of the project
The sites went live in late 2010.
