Web design
British Journal of Photography
The migration of the British Journal of Photography site was my first as the lead project manager.
This involved:
- liaising with a design consultancy to create the look and feel of the new site
- arranging and weekly meetings with the brand team to report progress, assign deadlines and discuss issues
- reporting back to other project managers and development partners on a weekly basis
- providing page and component mockups and functional specifications for our development team in India
- keeping up-to-date with the numerous project tasks
I really enjoyed managing all aspects of this project and look forward to taking on further projects in the future.
The site went live in June 2010.
