Adam's karate kata and grading, 3rd December 2010
Adam has been going to karate for a couple of months now to instill a bit of discipline into him and also to harness some of his boundless energy!
He attends Andy Mason's Zendoryu Hoddesdon karate club and today had his first grading, which he passed, so he has now attained the rank of 9th Kyu and is a yellow belt.
We are all very proud of him and look forward to him receiving further belts in the future!
