I also arranged for the production and distribution of numerous Civil Service publications, interdepartmental publications and notices.
Sep 1985 - Aug 1987 . Promoted to Clerical/Administrative officer and transferred to Cabinet Office (MPO), Civil Service Selection Board (CSSB)
This post involved the administration of selection boards for Civil Service high-flyers. My main duties included general administration, the upkeep of CSSB figure work for analysis and budgeting purposes. I also did some design and redesign of CSSB forms. During this time I also undertook a period of temporary promotion to Executive Officer level.

The main tasks in this job included filing and redesigning the Press Office registry system. Another part of the job was updating the computer mailing lists for internal/external statistical press notices plus general administration including photocopying and word processing.
